Nihan Malkoçer Altundaş Senior Associate

She graduated from İstanbul University Faculty of Law in 2014 and registered to İstanbul Bar in 2015. She, who worked as a lawyer, in the Office between the dates of 2015-2020, re-joined the Office as a senior lawyer in 2021. She speaks English. Her core practice areas are IP Law, Company and Commercial Law, Data Protection Law, Contract Law and Employment Law. She has various professional certificates and also has articles, works and participation to the events on “3D Printers, Blockchain, Bitcoin Technology, Darknet and Effects on Law on Intellectual Property”, “Legal Consequences of Non-Use of Trademark”, “Legal and Technical Problems of Fighting Against Illegal Contents on the Internet”; “International Human Rights”.
