Some Conceptual Problems With Regards to Right of Dissemination in Copyright Law

The studies for amendment of Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works in 2010 are criticized in this Article. The changes of the concepts which are included in the Draft such as (i) Service Provider (ii) Film Producer (iii) Content Provider (iv) Retransmission (v) Rental (vi) Lending (vii) Technological Provisions (viii) Satellite Transmission (ix) Editor (x) Hosting Provider, “Related Rights” “Fixation”, “Employee” are discussed in detail. The Article aims to discuss whether lobbies of the actors of the music sector work well with the spirit of the law. Moreover, the positive and negative effects of the changes in the concepts such as; right of dissemination and exhaustion of rights are reviewed. (Av.
