Digital Rights and Publishing

The presentation is a part of an article which reviews “Digital Rights” and “Digital Rights Management” area and new types of rights and copyright actors. The presentation also addresses the phases of digital rights’ development; focuses on e-book, digital products and their licensing methods, functions of the new actors in terms of content creating, content management, usage of the content and new kind of licensing methods suggested under European Union and Turkish legislation.
