Three Priorities for Judicial Independence within Judicial Reform

The article focuses on the issue that, no political party in Turkey really seeks for "Judicial Independence", and that the real judicial independence requires three important and interconnected institutions: i) independence of the High Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSYK), ii) independent Forensic Medicine, iii) judicial police force connected to independent prosecutor. The articles points that, despite the fact that Judicial Independence is always mentioned, no political power in Turkey ever request the independence of these three institutions.
