The Article begins by deciphering the hidden meaning of the transformation of the names of the titles such as Sarıyer Asliye Ceza Mahkemesi and Beyoğlu Sulh Hukuk Mahkemesi to Asliye Ceza Mahkemesi No.81 and Ağır Ceza Mahkemesi No. 39. The technical framework that a legal problem disguises when a citizen or an attorney wonders around the codes and degrees, have been analysed in the study. The process with regards to the definition of “Technical” in industrial societies, expanding its scope to various sectors; primarily, finance, banking, insurance, and legal are discussed. The serious problems arising from law becoming a technique and the lawyer becoming a technician and other judicial processes considering themselves as technical actors are underlined. Technique is perceived as the sum of positive processes that avail humanitarian activities to be developed, on the other hand negative processes that causes the public activities to be away from humanitarian qualifications.
