Publishing area and Copyright Law under the Light of Technological Developments

The Presentation is a part of an article focusing on the reflections of technological developments in publishing area and critic changes in copyright law with regards to European Union Directives. The Study aims to emphasize the new actors' legal position and their rights in the light of copyright law appearing as a result of technological changes. The Study also reviews the “initial copyright agreements” by a consideration of new rights rising from digital basis. Finally, usual problems of publishing world are addressed and future problems to be faced by publishers and authors are emphasized. (Av.
