Ownership of a Computer Programme

The Article explains the rights which are given to the owners of computer programmes when the computer programmes are accepted as artistic works in 1995. In this scope, economic and moral rights of computer programmers are summarised. In addition to these, service agreements which will be executed with the computer programmers are analysed and provisions which should be included in these agreements are indicated.
