Laborer Lawyers

“Laborer lawyers” is one of the issues that we have always talked about, but never criticized so far. We have always tried to find a more polite name, tried to introduce a wider definition by saying “associated lawyers”. But we always knew that the lawyers who allocated all his efforts to a person were “laborers”. Skilled laborers who offer qualified work. There were two types of laborer lawyers. One of them were the lawyers worked within firms, companies, cooperatives, foundations, and the others were the lawyers worked for other lawyers or law firms, partnerships over a fixed salary. The article investigates the social conditions with regards to the birth of the “Laborer Lawyer” status and underlines that the concept of “laborer lawyers” affects the efficiency of the legal assistance expected from the lawyer and eliminates the independency of the Lawyer. The article emphasizes that such problems may only be solved by a change in the social conditions. In order to minimize the danger that legal profession may face; lawyers should determine rules of their profession, deal with protective measures for laborer lawyers and discuss this issue in various platforms regarding their profession.
