Evaluation of Web (Html) Documents in terms of Copyright and Press Law
The Article reviews the intellectual effort and the work produced during the process of creating a web page, from the perspective of IP law (copyright, industrial design, trade mark and patent rights).
The Article clarifies that a web document is formed by three main processes; (i) functional design (ii) graphical design (iii) coding. Then the creative products, related to Intellectual Property, within this sui generis product are specified. Additionally, rights of the creators of a web document are examined.
