Draft Amendment on Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works With Regards to Scientific and Literary Works and Some Copyright Problems in Practice

The Article discussed the problems which are focused on the issues such as “Publication/Broadcasting Agreement, Contractor Agreement, Right of Translated Work, Right of Electronic Digital Broadcasting, Professional Unions and Banderols”. Furthermore, the Draft Code on Intellectual and Artistic Works is criticized. The Article ends with suggestions to the above mentioned Draft Code.
