Criticism of the Professionist Approach

Being the third article of a series on the criticism of the profession; the article focuses on the fact that attorneys putting their world of profession to the center with a holly state understanding and without self awareness on “a mental consensus on the holiness of the right to defence” and the ideology of the profession. The article explains that the holy state, holy justice, holy defence concepts are all an illusion, that the right of defence and advocacy shall be construed on the basis of "legitimate right", and that the “right” is an earthly concept. Therefore, the emphasis is made on the need that all claims of the lawyers to the community / state should include social legitimacy. (Inside the book; Haluk İnanıcı, 21.
