Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods and the Improvement of the Legal Profession

The article begins with the collapse of the classic judicial model and the collapse of Classic Attorneyship models and with the European Union Green Book detecting this collapse. Existence of similar problems in the judicial systems in Europe and Turkey could easily be observed.

New alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation and conciliation are tried to be understood, with due regard to the currently existing methods in Turkish system such as arbitration and several codes such as Bankruptcy Code, Consumer Protection Law, Labour Law, Attorneyship Law.
