Our Office, since its foundation, has taken part in various crucial legal disputes which can be deemed as examples in the ICT area.
Our purpose is to provide legal assistance to our clients with our young and dynamic team who follows the recent rapid ICT developments around the world; WIPO and EU legislation; international law practice and legislative commissions of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey.
It is our priority to raise “corporate awareness” of our client companies in order to avoid any disputes especially with regards to complex and sui generis legal structure of ICT area.
